Another home-services platform is expanding across multiple states at once.

T3 Services Group acquired Element Home Services on September 17, adding four branches across Arizona, Colorado, Utah and Wyoming. 

The transaction takes T3 to eight partner companies across seven states.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Four Markets in One Deal

Element operates in:

Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Durango, Colorado.

St. George, Utah.

Prescott, Arizona. 

Its teams provide residential:

HVAC.

Plumbing.

Electrical.

Maintenance.

Repair.

Replacement services.

That gives T3 immediate coverage in four distinct markets without having to establish each one organically.

Multi-Trade Remains the Preferred Model

The attraction of HVAC-plumbing-electrical combinations is easy to understand.

Acquiring a customer is expensive.

Once the household relationship exists, the same platform can potentially provide:

AC service.

Heating.

Water heaters.

Drain work.

Panel upgrades.

Generators.

IAQ.

That expands lifetime customer value.

Geography Creates Another Layer of Diversification

Mountain West markets have very different:

Weather.

Housing stock.

Economic cycles.

Seasonality.

That gives T3 less dependence on one local cooling season.

Contractor Takeaway

This is smaller than Watsco/Granite or SPX/FIS.

But it shows the contractor roll-up machine is still active.

T3 has added four branches across four states in one transaction, continuing the shift from individual local contractors toward larger, multi-trade regional platforms.
