The deal expands RMI's presence across the greater Dallas-Fort Worth market to five total locations, adding AC Supply's Westside, North Fort Worth, and Arlington branches to RMI's existing Grand Prairie and McKinney locations.
RMI President Ron Madden was direct about the strategic intent: the acquisition gives the company an opportunity to continue AC Supply's long-standing service to Tarrant County while building new relationships rooted in the trust, respect, integrity, and commitment that have anchored RMI's own business philosophy since employees adopted the company's 'Building Dependable Partnerships' mission statement in 1999.
Why This Deal Specifically Completes RMI's DFW Strategy
