Two established building-products companies have combined into a much larger mechanical and flow-control platform.

Reliable Automatic Sprinkler and ASC Engineered Solutions have united under a newly formed company called Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation.

The Oak Brook, Illinois-based organization launched in early September.

The Combined Product Range Is Huge

Reliable Safety & Flow will manufacture and distribute products including:

  • Fire sprinklers
  • Flexible connections
  • Valves
  • Fittings
  • Pipe-joining systems
  • Flow-control products
  • Hangers
  • Structural supports
  • Fire-protection devices
  • Digital design and planning tools 

That puts the new business directly across products routinely specified and installed in commercial mechanical projects.

More Than 50 North American Locations

The combined organization has more than 50 locations across North America, plus nine international facilities. 

It brings manufacturing and distribution together within one platform serving engineers, contractors, distributors and building owners.

That scale can matter on major projects where contractors need consistent product access across several geographic markets.

Mechanical Systems Are Becoming More Integrated

A commercial mechanical contractor rarely buys just one type of component.

A project can require:

Valves.

Pipe supports.

Flexible connectors.

Fittings.

Flow controls.

Fire-protection interfaces.
