HVAC Distributor N.H. Yates Gets PE Backing for Expansion and Acquisitions

KLH Capital has completed a majority recapitalization of N.H. Yates, providing capital for the HVAC, plumbing and hydronics distributor to expand geographically and pursue acquisitions.
